Euthenia Energy (Chalt Energy Group), a family Investment Fund, was established in 2010 and focused on the development of renewable energy projects and transition to a low carbon economy. For over 20 years Euthenia & its partners developed a unique and successful experience worldwide by the establishment of several IPPs. Leaders in: One of the first wind and Biogas operations (France), CO2 recovery and Biomass (Spain), one of the largest biomass power generation plants (USA).
Our headquarters is in Varna (Bulgaria) and our main operational regional offices are located in: Marbella (Spain), Houston (USA) and Santo Domingo (Dom. Rep).

Micro-grid solutions. It´s a local energy network generally isolated from the traditional power network and dedicated to supply sustainable & reliable power to clients (Isolated community, Island, Touristic complex, etc.). A Micro-grid system can be Hybrid and even better Net Zero carbon.
Hybrid Power systems
Renewable Power Generation by Hybridization of Bioenergy & Renewable Energy systems. We combine and manage several renewable energy sources in a single installation. Generally, such systems may include a hybridization of solar, battery systems, biomass and/or green synthetic gas genset, CO2 recovery, MSW pyrolysis and green power generation, etc.
Biomass Gasification – Pyrolysis
C02 sequestration, Synthetic gas production, Biochar (CORC- VCC), Wood Vinegar, Biofuels, CO2 Recovery / Bio-genic CO2. We recover CO2 from gas and/or fuel oil genset then, after filtration, this gas is commercialized to industrial grade or food and beverage grade mainly. Circular Economy: With the Biomass, the Carbonization/Pyrolysis process produces Biochar, which is mainly offered as fertilizer or for cement / feed supplement, water treatment, air decontamination…). The synthetic gas produced is used as energy for the main process and the auxiliary equipment.
Waste to Energy
Dedicated mostly to MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) and Sludge (resulting from municipal or industrial water filtration), Euthenia Energy implements innovative pyrolysis waste to energy systems allowing the treatment of organic, paper, carton, and plastic waste. Through our process of gasification, we produce synthetic gas (syngas) used for the gasification / pyrolysis process, while the thermal energy is transformed to Green electrical power generation. A fully Circular Economy mindset and attitude.
